IV NATIONAL FORUM BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING – INNovational way of development and financing of enterprise

Annual project of our Company, which has constant interest from representatives of large companies and holdings. Partners of this event were largest domestic and international consulting, investment and legal companies.

In 2010 we consider restructuring as an innovational way of business development.
At the same time the enterprise, which passed transformation and renovation has mach more chances to attract worthy financing, which will allow carrying out the most courageous plans.

Aim of the Forum:

• Discussion and estimation of new effective strategy and models of business structuring.
• Acquaintance with innovational tools and methods of attraction of financing for business development.

Invited participants:

• Owners, managers, finance directors and heads of legal departments of large Ukrainian companies, holdings and corporations, the corporate secretaries.
• Heads of Departments of bank corporative management and non banking financial institutions.
• Representatives of legal companies.
• Representatives of consulting companies.

Estimated number of participants: 160-180.
