UBA invites to International commercial agency, distribution and franchising contracts: issues of major concerns and recent trends

On 22 April 2010 Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) together with the International Distribution Institute (IDI) with the support of Vasyl Kisil & Partners and DLA Piper Ukraine will hold a joint one day conference dedicated to discussion of major concerns and recent trends in international commercial agency, distribution and franchising contracts. Venue – conference–hall of Radisson SAS Kiev hotel.

Among the contributors of the Conference there are leading Ukrainian professional in the respective fields and also experts from abroad.
